The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client and one of the strongest Super Community Banks in the country to identify a Senior Compensation Analyst in Dallas, Texas. The banks ranks first amongst it's peers in a number of categories and offers one of the best cultures in banking! This organization continues to invest heavily in its people, compensation infrastructure, and talent strategy and is seeking an experienced compensation professional to help support enterprise-wide compensation programs and initiatives.



The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess

  • :Minimum 7+ years of compensation experience, including compensation design, administration, analysis, and program management
  • .Experience developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs, including base salary, incentive compensation, bonus programs, and compensation structures
  • .Strong experience conducting market pricing, salary benchmarking, compensation surveys, and pay equity analysis
  • .Experience developing and maintaining job architecture, job families, career pathing frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies
  • .Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compensation analytics tools. Experience with Power BI strongly preferred
  • .Ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • .Experience advising leaders and HR partners on compensation decisions, salary offers, pay structures, and compensation strategy
  • .Strong understanding of compensation-related compliance, regulatory requirements, and compensation governance
  • .Experience leading compensation-related projects and enterprise initiatives preferred
  • .Bachelor's degree required; CCP, PHR, SPHR, or related certifications preferred
