Senior Financial Analyst

The Keller Group is proud to partner with a long-term client in their search for a sharp, experienced, and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance function. This is a newly built role with significant ownership — you'll establish processes and drive financial visibility across the business, supported by a tenured and highly respected CFO.

What You'll Own:

• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and executive-level presentations
• Financial modeling to support pricing decisions, product line profitability, and strategic planning
• Budgeting and forecasting cycles, including assumption-setting and cross-functional collaboration
• KPI development and ongoing performance monitoring
• Ad-hoc analyses: cost-benefit, scenario planning, sensitivity modeling
• Data integrity within ERP systems and continuous improvement of reporting processes

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• NetSuite or Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills — models, PivotTables, scenario tools
• Self-starter mentality — this role requires someone who can identify opportunities and act without waiting to be directed
• Strong communicator who can translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders
