A growing organization in the Saratoga Springs area is adding to its finance team. This is a newly created role within a small, collaborative team that offers strong visibility to leadership and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis and actionable insights
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership to understand business drivers
- Assist with financial modeling, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives and acquisitions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, or operations finance
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
