Senior Financial Analyst

TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 6 MONTHS!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support critical business initiatives through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic project support. This role will contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of organizational risk management strategies while partnering with internal stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and analytical activities to support high-impact business projects.
• Assist in the development, assessment, and execution of risk management initiatives and strategies.
• Partner with external administrators and internal teams to monitor and manage claims-related processes and reporting.
• Maintain and oversee the department’s claims database, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.
• Analyze claims and financial data to identify trends, provide insights, and support business recommendations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and help implement best practices for data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and database management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other reporting/analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
