Position Overview

Atrium is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of our client to support business unit performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while driving strategic initiatives. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.



Responsibilities

  • Maintain ownership of business unit financial performance, including full P&L accountability
  • Oversee month-end close activities, analyze results, and provide key performance insights
  • Develop and refine financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
  • Partner on strategic initiatives, business cases, and financial analysis projects
  • Provide cross-functional FP&A support and coverage as needed



Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting principles, and operational finance
  • Experience working with JD Edwards or comparable ERP systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations



Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus
