Job Title: Compensation Analyst (Remote Contract)

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST | 40 hours/week

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization in the healthcare and senior services industry to identify an experienced Compensation Analyst for a short-term remote project. Our client operates across multiple states and is seeking additional support within their Total Rewards team during a high-volume period.


Job Description:

The Compensation Analyst will support compensation operations by evaluating salary structures, analyzing market trends, and assisting with compensation-related initiatives across a multi-state workforce. This individual will collaborate closely with HR leadership and business partners to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compensation analysis and support salary benchmarking activities for a broad range of positions nationwide

• Partner with HR and leadership teams to help develop and maintain accurate position descriptions and compensation documentation

• Review market compensation data and assist with maintaining competitive pay structures and salary ranges

• Support compensation program administration including base pay, incentives, bonus structures, and other pay-related initiatives

• Assist with FLSA evaluations and compensation compliance reviews

• Prepare compensation reports, analytics, and presentations for leadership review

• Respond to compensation-related questions from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain compensation records, policies, and supporting documentation


Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Compensation Analyst experience supporting large, multi-state or national organizations

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions

• Experience with compensation programs, market pricing, and FLSA job analysis

• Working knowledge of compensation best practices including base pay, bonus, incentive, and executive compensation structures

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
