About PrecinctPrecinct delivers senior consulting and strategic execution for Democratic campaigns. We run end-to-end grassroots fundraising programs and provide expert analysis and strategic services to candidates at every level of government.
We're building a new model for campaign digital fundraising — one that puts campaigns and winning first, not our bottom line.
The RoleWe're hiring a Senior Client Services Lead to serve as the operational backbone of our client work. You'll represent Precinct to campaigns on strategic calls, lead internal coordination for our services team, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role reports to the Senior Advisor and sits at the center of client-facing work: translating campaign needs, coordinating delivery, managing timelines, and keeping campaigns informed and supported. As Precinct grows, there's real potential for this role to expand.
What you'll actually do day-to-day:You'll be in meetings — but the real work happens between them. You'll join the Senior Advisor on strategy calls with campaigns, collaborating on recommendations and representing Precinct's perspective. Then you'll track what was committed, organize the follow-through, and make sure the team delivers. You'll capture action items, flag pressure points, identify what campaigns need, and drive solutions.
You'll develop strategic recommendations that improve programs. You'll analyze performance data, identify what's working and what's not, and collaborate on recommendations for optimization with the Precinct Grassroots fundraising team. You'll draft acquisition plans, spot patterns across campaigns, flag opportunities for testing, and help campaigns make smarter decisions about budget allocation, channel strategy, and program design.
You'll project manage the service team's work for our candidates. You'll organize who's doing what, track timelines and dependencies, coordinate across workstreams, and ensure deliverables get done on time and on brief. You'll lead internal coordination calls to keep everyone aligned, surface blockers early, and keep programs moving smoothly.
You'll keep the trains running. You'll track campaign spending and budgets, manage vendor relationships and timelines, flag risks before they become problems, and build the systems that let us deliver consistently without dropping balls.
What this looks like in practice:- You spot an email deliverability issue affecting multiple campaigns. Collaborating with the team, diagnose the root cause and coordinate a fix with the digital vendor. After the issue resolves, you build documentation so other campaign teams can catch it early next time.
- A campaign asks if they should invest in Meta ads or data acquisition. You analyze their donor file growth, compare channel costs and ROI, and develop an acquisition plan with clear tradeoffs.
- A rapid response moment hits — a major news development or media appearance creates a fundraising opportunity for one of our service clients. You work with the team to develop the plan, coordinate content production and paid media creative, set timelines for deliverables, and ensure the program deploys fast while the moment is live.
