We are working with a client who is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Services to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead client service operations within the California public sector and public safety space, supporting firefighters, police officers, and other public agency employees with their employee benefit needs.

Some key responsibilities with this role:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Service Managers, maintaining high service standards, accountability, and ongoing performance development
• Oversee benefit administration systems including enrollment, eligibility, and carrier feeds for active and retiree populations
• Review and audit carrier billing statements, manage retroactive adjustments, and coordinate reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Act as primary point of contact for carrier and vendor partners, participating in renewals and resolving complex eligibility, billing, and claims issues
• Drive workflow improvements, documentation controls, and operational excellence across client service functions
