Key Responsibilities – What Success Looks Like
1. Client Experience & Relationship Support
· Serve as a key point of contact for client service needs with professionalism, discretion, urgency.
· Respond to inquiries promptly while anticipating client needs before they become problems.
· Prepare materials for client and prospect meetings; participate in discovery sessions as appropriate.
· Nurture ongoing relationships through consistent, high-quality follow-through.
2. Operational Execution & Workflow Management
· Open/service investment accounts, process transactions, manage transfers
· Maintain clean, accurate client records across CRM and custodial platforms.
· Prepare, gather, and interpret reports for advisors and leadership.
· Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to continuous operational enhancement.
3. Compliance & Platform Coordination
· Coordinate with LPL compliance/internal leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
· Support audit readiness through organized and accurate recordkeeping.
· Liaise with custodians, broker-dealer support teams, external partners to ensure seamless service.
