We are looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Private Wealth Management team to support our continued growth. This is a hybrid role with a base in Tampa, FL.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a core operational role responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience and supporting the advisory team through disciplined execution and follow-through. This position serves as the primary driver of day-to-day client service, coordination, and administrative support for the firm’s Private Wealth Advisors. The CSA serves as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal partners, ensuring seamless execution, accurate processing, and a consistently outstanding client experience.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary service contact for assigned clients, delivering timely, professional, and proactive communication
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, and presentations
- Conduct client follow-ups and ensure all service commitments are completed with precision
- Assist clients with account-related questions, documentation, and service requests
- Coordinate account openings, transfers, and money movements with custodians and internal teams
- Process incoming non-securities related insurance service requests from clients (address changes, bank change information, loan requests and ISA service inquiries)
- Prepare and follow up on paperwork for investment transfers, rollovers, and insurance & annuity applications
- Run and review reports using NetX360, Envestnet, Morningstar, and other platforms
- File and organize statements, account forms, and policy documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of financial services, investment or insurance experience (10+ years for Senior CSA)
- Series 7 and 63 or 66 license
- Florida Life and Health Insurance 2-15 license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- BS or BA in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work with and prioritize multiple tasks daily to maximize productivity with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail, and work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
