About the Role

This role offers hands-on responsibility supporting a broad mix of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
• Assist with trust and estate administration matters
• Handle probate filings and court proceedings
• Support wealth transfer planning and related tax considerations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of solid trusts, estates, and probate experience
• Admitted to the Texas Bar (required)

Required Skills

• Strong experience drafting estate planning documents such as wills and trusts
• Solid understanding of probate and trust administration processes
• Experience working with complex estates preferred
• Strong client-facing skills with a service-oriented approach
• Excellent drafting, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
