The Role

As a key member of our litigation team, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex disputes:

• Strategic Litigation: Handle cases from pre-litigation through trial, including drafting substantive motions and briefs
• Courtroom & Discovery Leadership: Conduct hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary client contact and deliver exceptional service
• Leadership (Senior Candidates): Mentor junior attorneys and uphold high standards of work product

Who You Are

• Licensed & Experienced: Licensed attorney in Texas with 6–15 years of civil litigation experience (real estate, construction, or business litigation preferred)
• Proactive Litigator: Anticipates case strategy and drives matters forward efficiently
• Stable & Committed: Demonstrates a strong record of professional consistency and excellence
• Houston-Focused: Based in Texas and engaged with the local legal community
