What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all phases of the discovery process including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Conduct document review, oversee production strategy, and identify deficiencies in discovery
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, complaints, and other substantive legal documents
• Manage an independent caseload with accountability and autonomy
• Collaborate directly with clients and senior attorneys to drive litigation strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active Ohio Bar license
• 3–8 years of business or civil litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage cases with increasing independence
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• High level of professionalism with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
