Our growing firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Associate to join our team. 🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage your own caseload across all phases of pre-trial litigation
- Develop, evaluate, and execute litigation strategies
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, well‑reasoned analysis
- Investigate facts, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial
- Oversee all aspects of discovery, including requests, responses, and document management
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients at mediations and arbitrations
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and before government agencies
- Track and meet all deadlines with precision
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Active Colorado law license (required)
- 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial matters
- Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle court appearances and depositions
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters
- A proactive, self‑motivated mindset

Salary:
- $160,000 to $185,000 per year, commiserate with relevant experience.
