Company Description

Lavley is a fast-growing consumer products brand known for fun, creative designs that make people laugh. Our product line includes best-selling novelty socks, dish towels, aprons, and other giftable items sold in gift shops, boutiques, and specialty retailers nationwide.

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help expand Lavley’s retail footprint and grow our wholesale accounts. This role is responsible for prospecting new retail partners, following up on trade show leads, and building strong relationships with independent retailers across the country.


Responsibilities


• Attend regional trade shows and assist in setup/breakdown of trade show booth

• Follow up on trade show leads and inbound retailer inquiries

• Prospect and identify new gift shops, boutiques, shoe stores and other relevant specialty retailers

• Use AI-driven tools and lead generation platforms to uncover new wholesale opportunities

• Conduct outreach through email, phone, social/media/networking platforms and CRM systems

• Manage sales pipeline and track activity within CRM systems

• Support trade show sales and booth operations

• Onboard new wholesale retail partners and maintain ongoing relationships


Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

• Ability to travel for trade shows


Preferred Experience

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience

• Experience working with gift shops, boutiques, or specialty retailers

• Interest in wholesale, consumer products, or retail distribution
