Olympic Marketing Group is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives in a fast-paced, in-person sales and marketing environment.

We work directly with brands to drive growth through face-to-face customer engagement and in-store promotions. In this role, you’ll promote products, connect with customers, generate leads, and contribute to overall sales performance. This is a hands-on position designed to build real-world experience in sales, marketing, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help run promotions to increase sales.
• Build friendly customer relationships.
• Talk to customers in person to make sales.
• Learn products and explain them clearly.
• Find new sales opportunities and hit goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Leadership potential
• Reliable transportation
