Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team on-site in Plano, TX. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our tax and bookkeeping services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and networking, conducting client consultations, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role involves collaboration with the accounting and client service teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client prospecting and relationship management
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our services
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and meet sales goals
• Familiarity with tax and bookkeeping services is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
