Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Kansas City, MO. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, promoting KEM Foods Inc.'s product offerings, handling customer inquiries, and preparing accurate sales reports. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

- Customer relationship management and business development experience.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel locally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
