NOW HIRING: Door-to-Door Sales Recruiter | Irving, TX Contract to Perm (after 60 days)

Our client is looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Recruiter to join their team in Irving, TX and help build high-performing field outside door to door sales teams across Texas


What You'll Do

  • Source, screen, interview, and hire door-to-door sales talent
  • Recruit for high-volume hiring classes every two weeks
  • Travel to recruiting events and hiring initiatives in San Antonio, Houston, and DFW markets
  • Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, networking events, and community outreach
  • Partner with sales leadership to consistently meet hiring goals

Track recruiting metrics and maintain a strong talent pipeline


What our client is Looking for:

  • Previous Door-to-Door Sales Recruiting experience REQUIRED
  • Experience recruiting for sales-focused roles in high-volume environments
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX when not traveling

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding top talent


What our client offers:

  • Contract to hire for first 60 days
  • Upon successful completion of first 60 days, conversion to permanent status at up to $75,000 annual base compensation
