Sales Recruiter

50-60k base - 90-110k total comp
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit W-2 sales professionals for DFW-based roles
- Manage a high-volume pipeline, filling 4–10 sales positions per month
- Utilize LinkedIn, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed to identify and engage candidates
- Maintain candidate tracking and pipeline management using LinkedIn as an interim ATS
- Partner closely with Sales Manager to align recruiting strategy with business growth
- Build relationships with candidates and create an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified sales talent to account for ongoing attrition
Qualifications
2–3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles
Proven track record in high-volume recruiting
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed
Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive communicator
Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with minimal structure
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced culture
