Retail Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support forecasting, inventory management, order execution, customer collaboration, and supply chain analytics for major retail accounts. This role will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure strong in-stock performance, order accuracy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment activities.
• Monitor inventory health, forecast accuracy, and supply risks.
• Support purchase order management and order execution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Lead customer planning and replenishment discussions (CPFR).
• Analyze KPIs such as In-Stock %, Fill Rate, OTIF, and Weeks of Supply.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, forecasting, inventory management, logistics, or replenishment.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Retails Client accounts.
• Knowledge of Retail Link, SAP, CPFR, forecasting, and inventory planning.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
