CITITRENDS is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst – Supply Chain Systems to support our Distribution Center technology operations and enterprise supply chain systems.
This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day functionality of warehouse and transportation applications that drive operational efficiency across our Distribution Centers. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within Information Systems, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Summary
The IT Application Support Analyst – Supply Chain Systems is an entry-level technology role responsible for supporting Distribution Center applications and systems including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), and related operational technologies.
This role partners closely with internal IT teams, Distribution Center leadership, and end users to troubleshoot issues, support system functionality, assist with testing and upgrades, and help ensure operational continuity across supply chain environments.
