Demand Planning Analyst (Contract | Onsite)

3+ years of experience in demand planning / forecasting within supply chain

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for overtime

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Index formulas, etc.)

Nice to Have

Experience with Excel Macros (VBA)

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

High school diploma accepted with strong relevant experience

Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting operational activities across home appliance retail accounts. The Demand Planning Analyst will coordinate and optimize the flow of materials, production schedules, and inventory to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze production schedules, work orders, and inventory data to ensure alignment with demand

Monitor workflows and materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards

Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues

Track and report on production volume, material usage, and quality metrics

Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials availability for production demands

Collaborate cross-functionally to support planning and operational efficiency

Core Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Knowledge of supply chain, production, and shipping processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business tools

Experience

2–4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations
