We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support day-to-day supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and driving process improvements across procurement, logistics, and inventory functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Support inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning activities
- Monitor and track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to supply chain operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, finance, and operations
- Assist in vendor performance analysis, pricing evaluations, and reporting
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs; additional tools like SQL or BI platforms a plus)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exposure to inventory management, demand planning, or procurement analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
