Job Title: Disaster Recovery Technician
Job Description

The candidate will assist with demolition and cleanup work of vacant homes after a natural disaster. This role involves working in environments affected by water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demo and cleanup work of vacant homes after natural disasters.
  • Perform carpet cleaning, water/fire/smoke damage restoration, and mold remediation.
  • Learn and apply disaster demo and cleanup techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in carpet cleaning and restoration.
  • Willingness to learn disaster demo and cleanup processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Customer service orientation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Asbestos Certification is a must.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Enjoys cleaning and seeing results.
  • Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Great Falls, MT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
