Work Environment
This role is based in a large hospital setting, where you will clean and maintain floors in hallways, patient rooms, the cafeteria, and other clinical and public areas. You will frequently walk long distances throughout the facility as you move from one area to another. While performing your duties, you may be frequently exposed to wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and very loud noise levels. You may occasionally encounter fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold or heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The position requires the consistent use of personal protective equipment, including goggles or eyewear, gloves, and aprons when handling chemicals or other hazardous substances or assisting with first aid. The schedule requires working 2 weekend days per month, with a rotating pattern of weekdays and weekends off over a two-week period, and offers flexibility for associates who prefer part-time work.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
