What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Assemble mechanical and electro‑mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Work with metal frames, piping, wiring harnesses, and cooling modules
• Perform quality checks and accurately document production work
• Package finished components and products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S standards
• Follow safety protocols and support team goals
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support production

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read and understand blueprints or schematics
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Comfort with mechanical assembly and visual quality checks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical certificate or degree (preferred)
• 0–2 years of mechanical assembly experience encouraged to apply

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
