Job Overview

We are seeking dependable individuals to join a team producing high-quality wood products. This role involves working from drawings, using a variety of tools and materials, and contributing to a collaborative production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret drawings and specifications to produce finished components
  • Assemble custom products with attention to detail and quality
  • Identify and resolve basic assembly issues
  • Work with a range of materials and finishes
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
Qualifications
  • Experience in woodworking
  • Ability to read drawings and follow written instructions
  • Proficiency with common woodworking tools
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Formal training in woodworking is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
