Residential Property Manager (On-site)
Location: Washington, DC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a 106-unit residential portfolio.
- Oversee resident relations, lease compliance, and customer service initiatives.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of property issues.
- Conduct regular property inspections and daily walkthroughs of portfolio assets.
- Monitor occupancy, collections, renewals, and overall property performance.
- Work closely with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Operate from the on-site property management office while regularly visiting and inspecting all assigned buildings.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
- Strong understanding of residential property management operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- DC Property Manager License strongly preferred (Candidates who do not currently hold a DC Property Manager License must be willing and able to obtain one prior to their start date)
