Position Summary
The Regional Operations Manager is a key operational and strategic partner to the real estate development team, combining administrative coordination, analytical support, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is designed to streamline workflows, enhance operational clarity, and ensure seamless execution across all stages of the development pipeline.

Act as the liaison between Development, Planning & Entitlements, Project Management, Leasing, Construction Management, Asset Management, Legal, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Zone Operations & Reporting
· Serve as the operational support to development zones ensuring timelines and project tasks stay on track and are communicated effectively to the zone and leadership.
· Efficiently manage CRM tools by updating deals, uploading documents, and generating reports.
· Support score cards, tactical meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
· Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and communication across all departments.
· Maintain detailed development calendars, milestone trackers, and action item lists.
· Support zone engagement in alignment with critical dates.
· Consolidate updates from cross-functional teams into concise executive summaries.
- Maintain organized development details, files, and shared folders.
2. Developer Support
- Perform CRM updates to build, maintain, and track relationships.
- Maintain organized contact lists, meeting notes, and follow-up logs.
- Assist with internal proformas, investment summaries, and underwriting documentation.
- Assist in preparing and documentation of Go Books.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, site tour materials, and marketing collateral.
- Support relationship-building efforts with tenants, brokers, consultants, and master developers including organizing and executing meetings, dinners and zone events.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including consultant engagement.
- Support LinkedIn content creation and contact nurturing.
- Track and manage updates to contracts, LOIs, PSAs, and lease agreements.
- Review and summarize key lease terms and obligations using AI-assisted tools.
- Help with timely responses and facilitation of LOIs, Leases, and PSAs.
3. Project Management & Construction Management Support
- Assist in pre-construction tasks including zoning, permitting, and document preparation.
- Support vendor onboarding, invoicing, and compliance.
- Assist with organization of closeout.
- Assist and track utility setup.
- Directly coordinate document execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate development, asset management, or operations.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, lease language, and development processes.
- Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce, Apto, HubSpot), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to draft clear tenant notices and executive summaries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
