The ideal candidate will have experience in selling Private services in Home Health or Home Care in Palm Beach County as well as leadership experience.



The role:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketers across Palm Beach and Miami, ensuring performance targets and growth objectives are achieved
  • Drive new business development through building and leveraging referral relationships within the Private Duty market
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to increase client volume and revenue across South Florida
  • Support and mentor the sales team, ensuring accountability, activity levels, and KPI performance
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including involvement in client assessments and ensuring a strong handoff to operations
  • Utilize CRM systems to track performance, analyse data, and guide sales strategy
  • It would be beneficial to bring any of your own business too


Required competencies:

  • Experience in Private Duty Home Care or related field (Home Health, Senior Living, etc.)
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
  • Strong local network within Palm Beach County preferred
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to win new business
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
