Field Operations Manager


📍 Texas (Project-Based / Regional Travel)


💰 $180,000 – $230,000 base + performance-based bonus


We are working with a leading electrical contractor delivering large-scale commercial, infrastructure, and mission critical projects across Texas. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee and support field delivery across multiple projects.


This is a key leadership role focused on driving performance, supporting field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations across multiple active projects

• Support Superintendents and field teams with day-to-day execution

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with schedule, budget, and quality expectations

• Drive safety standards and ensure compliance across all sites

• Coordinate with Project Management teams to ensure alignment between field and office

• Assist with manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce development

• Identify and resolve field-related issues proactively

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams


What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in electrical construction field leadership (Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar)

• Strong background in large-scale commercial, infrastructure, or mission critical projects

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

• Strong understanding of safety, scheduling, and field coordination

• Effective leadership and communication skills

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
