We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of six staffing offices throughout the Dallas market. This role will focus on driving performance, ensuring operational consistency, supporting branch leadership, and helping achieve company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across multiple Dallas-area offices.
* Support and develop branch managers and office teams.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Assist with employee retention, workforce planning, and problem resolution.
* Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to execute company initiatives and growth strategies.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of management experience in staffing, recruiting, light industrial, or a related field.
* Experience overseeing multiple locations or teams preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and staffing software platforms.
* Ability to travel throughout the Dallas market.
Compensation:
* Salary: $90,000–$110,000 based on experience.
