As an MSP Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of programme delivery, performance, and profitability across your region. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll combine client partnership, operational excellence, and commercial acumen to drive success.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end‑to‑end MSP delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI excellence
• Acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders
• Owning regional P&L performance, budgets, and forecasting
• Driving continuous improvement and programme expansion
• Managing and developing high-performing, multi-site teams
• Overseeing supplier performance and optimizing the supply chain
• Delivering insights through data-driven reporting and governance

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in MSP, RPO, or contingent workforce solutions
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level
• Leadership experience across regional or multi-site teams
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills
• A strategic thinker who can turn insights into action
