Compensation & Bonuses
- Base salary range: $145,000 – $175,000 for third‑ through fifth‑year associates, depending on experience
- Quarterly non‑discretionary bonuses of up to $15,000 per quarter (up to $60,000 annually)
- Eligibility for an additional discretionary annual bonus
