This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who have 3+ years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on commercial real estate financing, acquisition, development, disposition, joint ventures, and leasing.
- Collaborate with clients, understanding business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Represent commercial real estate investors, developers, and owners in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Must be comfortable with collaborating with clients and working on high-level transactions.
