The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of litigation
experience to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who thrives
in a dynamic, client-focused practice and is looking for a firm that values work-life balance as
much as professional excellence.
What You Will Do
• Handle a diverse caseload in real estate litigation, which may include foreclosure defense,
HOA disputes, partition actions, boundary disputes, construction defect, and related real
property matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal analysis
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Appear in court and at hearings as needed
• Collaborate closely with the founding attorney and support staff
What We Are Looking For
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing
• 3 to 10 years of litigation experience (real estate litigation experience a
plus)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Located within 40 miles of Richmond, California
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: $145,000 to $185,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Billable Hour Requirement: 1,550 hours annually (6.7 hours per day over 220 working
days)
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Fridays off)
• Remote Work: Primarily remote with one day per week in office
