Litigation Associate

Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC (GSRM Law) seeks an associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its Litigation Section in Nashville, TN. This position will focus on complex commercial, business, and life sciences matters.

Required Skills:

• Experience with litigation-related tasks: investigation, preparation of motions and pleadings, discovery, trial, etc.
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy skills
• Strong technical, organization, and matter management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Ability to work professionally and effectively with clients, partners, associates and support staff
• Admission to the Tennessee Bar (or eligibility to quickly become a member of the Tennessee Bar)
• Ability to travel

Additionally, the firm prefers law review and clerkship experience.
