The Merker Group is working with a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm that is looking for a mid-level Real Estate attorney to join the firm's New York office. This firm pays top of market compensation and bonus. This is a prime opportunity to join the team, as there has been significant growth in this group, which is continuing to expand. The firm may also be open to this attorney being located in Virginia/DC.

Required Experience

• Candidates in class years 2022-2024.
• Real estate transactions for sophisticated clients that include negotiating and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Experience reviewing title.
• Exceptional academics, including a J.D. from a top tier law school.
• Prior Am Law 100/200 law firm experience.
• Must possess NY Bar (or VA/DC Bar if applying for those markets).
