The Role:

• Focus: Pure "dirt work" (acquisitions, dispositions, development) and equity-driven transactions (joint ventures, equity structuring).
• Asset Class: Heavy emphasis on industrial developments and data centers.
• Level: Income Partner (no originations or following required).

The Ideal Candidate: You will have extensive experience handling complex, large-scale commercial real estate transactions, specifically within the industrial or data center space. This role is designed for a heavy-hitter who excels at execution and wants to focus on sophisticated legal work and deal-making for top-tier developers and institutional investors.
