Real Estate Paralegal – Houston
A highly regarded global law firm in Houston is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a sophisticated commercial real estate practice handling complex transactions, financings, acquisitions, and development matters.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team on high-level transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing due diligence materials and transactional documents
• Coordinating complex closings and tracking closing checklists
• Reviewing title, survey, and related real estate diligence materials
• Drafting and revising transactional documents and disclosure schedules
• Conducting UCC, litigation, and real property searches
• Handling post-closing matters, including closing binders and filings
Qualifications:
• Prior commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm required
• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and iManage preferred
