As the Real Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Realtor, Tenant and Client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction for both JAMM Real Estate Company and JAMM Property Management.

 What You’ll Be Excited to Work On:

  • Handle correspondence via phone, email, and text for both JAMM Real Estate Company and JAMM Property Management including confidential materials, in a professional and expedient manner for realtors, clients and tenants
  • Provides current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties
  • Data Entry - Input listings to the MLS, update listing information and contract status as needed, assist team with Dotloop and/or addendums
  • Create and publish rental property listings in property management and marketing platforms such as AppFolio and ShowMojo to ensure accurate and timely advertising
  • Ensure all agents/ associates are following procedures and ensure compliance on all contracts and closed deals 
  • Process commission checks via online software BrokerSumo
  • Assist in website, email campaigns and social media content 
  • Onboard and process documents for new agents, including dues, board fees and applications through our software
  • Discovers, engages, and advances each rental prospect that contacts the office main phone line or general email inbox and follows up to provide appropriate information on scheduling a showing
  • Utilize various software programs including (but not limited to) Dotloop, BrokerSumo, AppFolio, ShowMojo and LeadSimple CRM Software to successfully assist with company operations
  • Office Manager - order office supplies as needed; maintains office in a neat, orderly and attractive manner and fully stock materials, manage and process incoming mail
  • Add and maintain insurance documentation, including tenant insurance records, within the property management system
  • May perform other duties as assigned
