Real Estate Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, people-oriented team member to join our property operations team.

This is not a traditional property management role where one person is overloaded with an entire portfolio and expected to handle everything alone.

Instead, we operate using a collaborative team-based model:

• Shared workloads and support from teammates

• Structured systems and processes

• Ongoing training and mentorship

• Exposure to all areas of property operations


You’ll gain hands-on experience across leasing, maintenance coordination, resident communication, renewals, and day-to-day operations while working alongside a strong, supportive team.

No prior property management experience is required — we will train the right person.


What You’ll Do

• Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors

• Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs

• Support leasing activity, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs

• Assist with rent collection and account follow-up

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails professionally

• Help keep operations organized and running efficiently

• Collaborate closely with team members to solve problems quickly

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $62,000 - $72,000/year depending on experience

• Paid hourly with overtime opportunities

• Performance-based compensation increases

Work Environment

• In-office position located in Centennial (I-25 & Dry Creek Road)
