RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must ensure ensures accurate delivery of all products through the facility while helping to maintain all safety, quality, and production standards.
- Provides guidance related to employee development, proper training, and compliance to internal and customer specifications for products produced.
- Must effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, and the senior leadership team as well as with various other departments and plants.
- Must supervise day-to-day activities across all production departments, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
- Must directly collaborate with operations closely to streamline production processes.
- Must uphold stringent safety measures and quality control protocols to safeguard our operations and deliverables.
- Must do the job scheduling and planning efforts, maximizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.
- Must coordinate, track, and manage outstanding production jobs, maintaining visibility and accountability throughout the process.
- Must facilitate quality control checks to uphold our exacting quality standards and client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree.
- 3+ years of experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing environment
- Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
