About the Role
MAKS is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Production Supervisor to help oversee and coordinate our day-to-day production floor operations in our fast-paced automotive electronics remanufacturing facility. This role is responsible for helping ensure orders move efficiently through production, priorities are communicated clearly, turnaround times are met, and technicians have the support and accountability needed to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is not afraid to jump into the day-to-day operation, assist where needed, solve problems in real time, and help create structure in a growing production environment. This role will also play an important part in developing production planning processes, improving workflow efficiency, and helping build scalable operational systems that support on-time delivery and sustainable growth. This is a highly visible, floor-focused role that requires urgency, adaptability, strong communication, operational ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset. This is not a purely strategic or desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment and can help bring organization, accountability, and operational efficiency to a growing operation.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, organization, turnaround time reduction, and operational consistency
- Help develop and improve operational systems, processes, and production workflows as the company continues to scale
- Identify recurring operational issues and help implement practical long-term solutions
- Support the creation and maintenance of production visibility tools, tracking methods, and accountability processes
- Support onboarding and day-to-day guidance of technicians as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and leadership teams
- Assist with KPI tracking and reporting related to throughput, turnaround times, backlog management, and production efficiency
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the team, in partnership with HR
- Step into hands-on operational support when necessary to keep production moving
