Schedule production lineup according to sales, budgets, and production needs.
Analyze finished goods and raw material inventory needs to assure all necessary arrangements are made to meet production.
Expedite all orders to ensure shipping deadlines.
Provide technical and logistical support to production, purchasing and shipping & receiving departments.
Coordinate all sample requests with the labs and their timely release to the customer.
Coordinate with logistics and the plants to ensure adequate supply.
Update daily production reports.
Consolidate physical inventory counts for posting.
Enter daily production into SAP when needed.
Recognize, understand and participate in the company’s quality and safety initiatives. This includes the knowledge and adherence to policies, objectives and work related instructions.
