Join a growing plastics manufacturer that designs and produces innovative packaging solutions for some of the world's leading consumer, food, and cosmetic brands. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead overnight operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive safety, quality, and production excellence in a fast-paced injection molding environment.

What You'll Do
✅ Lead and coordinate nightly production operations to achieve safety, quality, and throughput goals
✅ Supervise, coach, train, and develop production personnel
✅ Drive accountability and engagement across large production teams
✅ Support troubleshooting efforts on molding machines, molds, and production equipment to minimize downtime
✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and 5S initiatives
✅ Manage employee performance, onboarding, corrective actions, and workforce development
✅ Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
✅ Maintain accurate production reporting and shift documentation
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (experience leading 80–100+ employees strongly preferred)
✔ Plastic injection molding experience highly preferred
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities
✔ Proven ability to motivate teams and drive production performance
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
✔ High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems
✔ Willingness to obtain forklift certification
