Eterna Management is a fast-growing manufacturer of hemp-derived products, building a reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence. As growth accelerates, we are hiring a Production Manager to lead and scale our manufacturing operations.

This role is for someone who knows how to build structure where it’s needed, drive performance through clear metrics, and develop people into a high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of the production floor and play a key role in shaping how we operate as we grow.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will lead all day-to-day production operations while building the systems that allow the business to scale.

Your focus will include

• Creating and refining production processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and output
• Establishing and managing KPIs that drive accountability and measurable performance
• Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Building, coaching, and developing a strong production team
• Partnering with leadership to align production goals with company growth
• Driving clear, consistent communication across teams

What We’re Looking For

This is not a status Quo role. We need someone who builds, improves, and leads.

You likely come from pharma, nutrition, CPG, or natural products manufacturing and understand the regulatory environment and quality expectations.
