Production Laborer - Weekly Pay

The role involves setting up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs, pouring concrete into forms, and conducting visual inspections of products before and after the curing process. The position requires the use of various hand, power, and pneumatic tools, as well as the ability to load and unload products to different stations around the production yard. Heavy lifting of products up to 70 lbs is also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs.
• Pour concrete into forms.
• Conduct visual inspections of products before and after the curing process.
• Utilize different types of hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Load and unload products to various stations around the production yard.
• Perform heavy lifting of products up to 70 lbs as needed.

• 1 year of construction or concrete experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
• Experience in general labor and construction.

• Experience in carpentry.
• Ability to use a tape measure.
• Cleaning and maintenance skills.

Work Environment

All work is conducted outside, regardless of weather conditions, across all seasons. Candidates must dress appropriately for the weather.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Helena, MT.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
