Electric‑Mechanical Assembler $19.55 - $23

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electric‑Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble large switchgear cabinets that house electrical panels, working directly from engineered drawings and blueprints to meet precise customer specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on mechanical and electrical work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in building high‑quality industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble fabricated parts into large switchgear cabinets
  • Work on both mechanical and electrical components, including electrical panel assembly
  • Use hand tools and power tools for sheet‑metal and industrial assembly tasks
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineered drawings
  • Collaborate with fellow assemblers and maintain a positive, team‑focused attitude
  • Adapt to changing daily tasks based on production priorities

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Experience in sheet‑metal, electrical, or industrial assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in large mechanical assembly preferred
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and production‑assembly expierence
  • Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work well in a team environment

Work Environment & Schedule

Work takes place in a clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility.

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (with potential Saturday overtime)
  • 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM–12:30 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broken Arrow, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $22.00/hr.
